We have developed the first CPD course in Neurodiversity Training and Inclusive Practices

which has be designed to;

Create an informative, practical, and enjoyable learning experience
Raise workforce-wide awareness and confidence in neurodivergence, enabling inclusive teams and improved performance
Develop managers and leaders with accredited neurodivergent management and leadership capability (Level 4/5)
Improve core skills, safety, and employability through Functional Skills (English/Maths).
